– Use the platform responsibly and not for spam or illegal content.

You are responsible for your message content. Prohibited content includes:

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, non-payment, or unlawful use. You can cancel anytime and retain service until the billing cycle ends.
9. Disclaimers
We provide our service “as is” and do not guarantee message delivery or marketing performance. You assume all responsibility for compliance and content.
10. Limitation of Liability
ShoplocalSMS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use, content, or legal violations.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, CA.
